Why would forgetting / resetting my password clear my credentials?

Our system stores your carrier credentials and multi-factor auth password using a keystore which is unlocked when you login with your password. Without your password, we cannot unlock any of your credentials or even your MFA verification. If you remember your password, and need to change it, please visit Change Password instead, as that will preserve your existing carrier credentials and api keys.
